One of the original Front Mission developers and the creator of the Code Age series, Yusuke Naora is an accomplished artist. Although Naora worked on the original Front Mission, it was not until Front Mission First that he was involved with character artwork. Since then, he has provided art direction for Front Mission 4, Front Mission: Online, and Front Mission 5: Scars of the War. Thus, Naora is the person most associated with Front Mission artwork and direction. While primarily an artist, Yusuke Naora's creation of the Code Age series saw him in other roles such as that of a game producer.

Arguably one of the greatest artists in the video game industry, Yoshitaka Amano is most famous for his work in the Final Fantasy series. Prior to video games, he worked as an animator and illustrator for animated films, novels, and art books. Amano was the character designer for Front Mission and Front Mission: Gun Hazard. Additionally, he provided artwork for Front Mission: Online and the Front Mission: Front Line Report novel. His work on the series is just one of many credentials that includes Vampire Hunter D, Angel's Egg, and The Sandman: The Dream Hunters.

Jun Suemi is an artist well-known for working on The Guin Saga novel series. He has drawn for numerous works, such as The Guin Saga penned by Kaoru Kurimoto and Mamoru Oshii's Kerberos Panzer Jager. Suemi acted as the character designer for Front Mission 2 and provided artwork for the Front Mission 2 ~Wanzers of the Elite~ manga.

Akihiro Yamada is an artist and the lead artist of the Record of Lodoss War: The Lady of Pharis manga series. He has a diverse history from drawing for video games, manga, and novels. Yamada worked on Front Mission 3 as the character designer.

Ryuichi Kunisue is an artist who acted as both the character designer and art director of the Arc the Lad series. He is also known for his illustrations in Half-Minute Hero. Kunisue's contributions to Front Mission pertain to the Front Mission Mobile games, along with the remake Front Mission 2089: Border of Madness.
